Every now and then, we need to say goodbye to several members of
“our family” to extend our lineage by bringing in new
blood (i.e. new patterns)! All of the bags offered are top of the

Methods of Payment:
We accept the following major credit cards, as well as your personal
check, which are processed through Paypal (It will appear on your
credit card statement as Paypal * “winegiftbaglady”).

Shipping and Delivery:
Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.
We strongly recommend that you place your order 7-10 days prior
to the busier celebratory periods of the year (Christmas, Valentine’s
Day, Father’s Day, wedding season etc.). All orders are sent
UPS ground and require a signature for delivery. Should you desire
another form of shipment via UPS (i.e. overnight, 2 day or 3 day)
the additional shipping and handling will be added to your order.
Sales tax will be added to your order as necessary to comply with
applicable laws.
Returns & Refunds:
All return and refund inquiries must be made within 48 hours of
delivery to be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
(Call Tag). We can be reached at (703) 629-5724 between 9:00am-6:
00pm EST, Monday-Friday or via email at Denise@winegiftbaglady.com.
We will not accept any item for return or refund if:
• The item does not have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization
Number (Call Tag).
• The item is returned more than 7 days after delivery of
Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
• The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or
missing parts (i.e. ribbon).
Please do not send items that do not meet the aforementioned conditions,
as we do not issue refunds for non- qualifying items and will not
return them to you. We will notify you via email of your refund
once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect
a refund within 7-14 business days of our receiving the return.
As always, we appreciate your business and your satisfaction is
our first priority!! We would cease to exist without you!!
Order Confirmation:
You will receive an email message from us which will contain your
order number. If there is a problem with your order, you will be
contacted via email with an explanation of the problem, along with
a phone number that can be used to contact us.
